Ozark Electronics Repair, Inc.

1981 - Houpe's Electronics was started in a small portion
of a local hardware store in Decatur, Arkansas.
1983 - Service began for the then three hundred Wal-Mart stores through the Return Center located in Rogers, Arkansas.
1985 - The business was incorporated under the name of Ozark Electronics Repair, Inc.
1992 - We opened a new facility in Cullman, Alabama to provide a presence in the southeastern part of the United States.
1995 - We moved into our current home office and largest production facility (>200,000 sq ft)
1997 - Ozark moved its remote return center facilities into the Wal-Mart Return Centers.
2001 - OERI's Arkansas Facility was awarded with ISO 9001 - 2000 Certification.
2002 - OERI's Cullman Alabama Facility was awarded with ISO 9001 - 2000 Certification.
2003 - Opened location in El Paso to be an America Logistics Center.

Ozark's technological advancement

-Obtained a copyright of our proprietary reverse logistics software - RM Suite.
-Developed our first web based reporting applications for our customers that displays inventory, quality, production, and shipping data - Virtual Warehouse.
-Developed customized warehouse management inventory control system with RF input/output devices.
-Developed electronic RMA capabilities via the web.
-Developed call center integration software for individual customer entitlement services.
