      The reparation of electronics is just one element of what we offer to our many satisfied customers. Ozark can custom package and label all products according to customer specifications. We reconcile and account for any discrepancies whether it is a model number, quantity, or shipping documentation error. Current inventories and distribution of the product are available as logistically feasible (and economical) as it can be done. Also provided are statistical data that customers use to determine scrap ratios, recurring model defects, store return data, etc. that our customers use to forecast net product costs, correct design problems, and move dollars to their bottom line. We have fully integrated inventory control systems at each warehouse that accurately

depict important inventory data with the ability to drill down to individual piece detail. This aides in turnong our customer's product into cash as quickly as possible. As you can see, there is an immense spectrum of services that we perform in addition to repairing radios, televisions, monitors, computers, and satellite dish receivers.
      Ozark maintains constant communication with our other facilities and customers with state of the art telecommunications equipment. Our data can be transmitted to our remote facilities and to our customers in numerous media formats. Ozark Electronics are the innovators of the reparation industry. Our systems are based upon copyrighted RMSUITE software which we support with our internal program development and support team. This leading technology software allows us the flexabilty to handle each clients unique service needs.
      Ozark's sister company, Internet Distribution, Inc. was formed in December, 1994 to close the loop in the electronics refurbishment process. This allowed us to be a turn-key service provider for allmajor electronics manufacturers.
