RECOGNITION FOR QUALITY

Bill Reams - President of Ozark Electronics Repair Inc. - was recently asked by the Consumer Electronics Association to join a special task force that focuses on reverse logistics and refurbishment. Following is Bill's statement to the employees of Ozark. "I just wanted to let everyone know about our quality results from last week regarding our Siloam Springs, Arkansas facility. We had 0 (ZERO) defects on our GE & Polaroid lines. We had 0 (ZERO) defects on our HP...with testing over 370 units. We had 0 (ZERO) defects on lines 1 and 4 of Philips. These perfect quality scores are unparalleled in my 21 years of business experience. I would put these numbers up against any company, large or small, in the world and know that their best efforts would finish in second place behind Ozark Electronics Repair Inc.
