Ozark Electronics has thrived in the electronics refurbishment and warranty business for the past thirty years. From a humble beginning in Decatur, Arkansas, we have expanded to locations across the United States. Our growth is due to our commitment to Quality and Customer Service which we used to guide us in development of our systems and processes to offer the most efficient and value-added electronics refurbishing and warranty service program in the USA.

The repair of electronics is just one element of what we offer to our many satisfied customers. Ozark can custom package and label all products according to customer specifications. We reconcile and account for any discrepancies whether it is a model number, quantity, or shipping documentation error. Current inventories and distribution of the product are available as logistically feasible (and economical) as it can be done. Also provided are statistical data that customers use to determine scrap ratios, recurring model defects, store return data, etc. that our customers use to forecast net product costs, correct design problems, and move dollars to their bottom line. We have fully integrated inventory control systems at each warehouse that accurately depict important inventory data with the ability to drill down to individual piece detail. This aides in turning our customer's product into cash as quickly as possible. As you can see, there is an immense spectrum of services that we perform in addition to repairing radios, televisions, monitors, computers, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves, hard drives, and satellite dish receivers.

Ozark maintains constant communication with our other facilities and customers with state of the art telecommunications equipment. Our data can be transmitted to our remote facilities and to our customers in numerous media formats. Our customizable, proprietary software systems allow us the flexibility to handle each client's unique service needs.
